Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients

Vegetable oil two cups

One pound chicken breast, boneless and skinless and cut into pieces

Cornstarch one forth of a cup

Garlic powder one forth of a tsp

Pepper one forth of a tsp

One egg

Sherry wine one tbsp

Soy sauce three tbsp

Pineapple chunks fifteen ounces

Cornstarch two tbsp

Vinegar and catsup one forth of a cup

Half cup sugar

Cooked rice

Chopped green pepper.

Directions

First things first, take the last six ingredients/components and blend altogether properly.

After that take chicken and add into it so that it coat properly.

Then after this, take frying pan and heat in it oil to approximately four hundred degrees Farenheit.

After that fry the chicken til gently brown.

After this, remove the chicken from heat and drain it.

After this , drain the pineapple.

After this, take water and add it to the juice to make form one cup.

After this take cornstarch and add it, mix it thoroughly.

After this, take saucepan and add in it the mixture of pineapple along with the first four ingredients in the saucepan.

After this, take the mixture and bring it to boil

Then after this, stir in green pepper along with chicken right into sauce, and cook it completely.

You can serve it on rice.
